Ways You Can Help!
Friends is a social group for individuals in our community who have a developmental or cognitive disability and are 26 years old or older. Once they turn 26, they can no longer attend Mason schools. They meet the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 3:30 to 5:30 at the Mason First Presbyterian Church.
You can help with their outings visiting the Daily Scoop, the Vault Deli or the Courthouse Pub. You can also help at their meetings giving out name tags, signing them in or assisting in preparing and serving snacks. Or just join in their games!
If you know of a service they could help provide, let us know! They'd love to help the Mason community!
